Overview

Dr Todd Smallbone has served as Consultant Paediatric Neurologist at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children since 2021, specialising in complex movement disorders and neurorehabilitation.  His work reflects a holistic, patient-centred approach, recognising that effective neurological care must address not only symptoms, but the wider physical, emotional, and developmental needs of children and young people.

He qualified from the University of Manchester in 2010 and has been a member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health since 2014.

He is lead of the South West Paediatric Movement Disorder Network and also plays a vital role in strengthening regional expertise and access to specialist care.
