“I am a consultant ophthalmic surgeon who specialises in cataract surgery and general ophthalmology. I carried out my ophthalmic surgical training in the south west of England and I have recently completed a fellowship in corneal and emergency ophthalmology at Bristol Eye Hospital.
Throughout my career I have actively contributed to training and mentorship programs, serving as a lecturer, OSCE examiner, and professional mentor. I have co-authored clinical guidelines, published original research in international journals, led quality improvement projects, and presented at national and international conferences, demonstrating my commitment to advancing ophthalmic care and education.
What I love most about my job is fostering positive interactions with and improving the quality of my patients’ lives through delivering excellent outcomes.”
