Overview
Dinesh is a Consultant Paediatric Endocrinologist at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. He completed his endocrine clinical training and earned his doctoral degree at Liverpool, where his research focused on the genomics of rare endocrine disorders. He looks after children and young people with a range of conditions including (but not limited to) disorders of growth, thyroid, puberty etc. Dr. Giri leads the nationally commissioned childhood obesity clinic in Bristol and has expertise in managing children and adoloscents with increased weight issues. He leads multidisciplinary weight management programs for children and young people with complex and severe obesity and is the UK Chief Investigator for multinational clinical trials.
